You have a choice and it starts with your own actions. Ask yourself if the things you say, post, and do are lifting up others or tearing them down?
 
The media, manipulated by elites who seek power and control over others,  pits us against one another on nearly every topic of conversation. They want you to be angry, to create an identity along an axiom, and to feel threatened to the point that you are ready to lash out against, or even harm, anyone with a different point of view, no matter how slight.
 
Your words and deeds have consequences. So who have you hurt? Maybe it’s a complete stranger who reads your post, watches your video, receives your ire, your vandalism, your violence. Maybe it’s an acquaintance, or more personal, maybe it’s a close friend or a family member.
 
For many of us it has been all of the above, but the most frequently impacted person is this destructive cycle is you. Don’t let the vitriol scar your mind. Don’t succumb to sarcasm. Don’t be tempted to speak hatred or conduct evil for the sake of a false sense of identity or the promise of an easy life filled with free stuff. That is modern day indentured servitude where you become a slave to sin. For it shapes you into something you won’t like, someone you will despise and eventually be desperate enough to shed like a snake sheds its skin.
 
I have good news for you. There is another way. The way of truth, of hope, and of love. The way of Jesus Christ. It starts with your repentance which simply means your desire to turn away from your current path, admit that you are a sinner in need of Christ’s forgiveness and grace, and that you are willing to start fresh and follow Christ’s example to love one another and to love God.
 
From there you will have fellowship with other believers, the help of the Holy Spirit, and all the promises of God on your side. You can choose to do and say the things that are true; that help improve the lives of others along with yourself. It is from that foundation, born again in Jesus Christ, that can lead us to the revival of the American System.
